William Christopher Skelley is a founder, operator, and advisor working across real estate and early-stage technology in the US and Southeast Asia.
His career moves from institutional finance to founding one of the first US real estate crowdfunding platforms, then to operating and advising companies across Southeast Asia today.
The capital he has raised and helped deploy spans equity and debt — primarily equity — across real estate projects, founders, and early-stage companies.
Today he advises founders and operators on capital strategy and growth, while running short-term rental operations in Indonesia. He is based in Vietnam.
