William Christopher Skelley is a real estate investor and one of the original pioneers of real estate crowdfunding. He got his start at the investment fund co-founded by Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen — the architect of disruptive innovation theory — before launching one of the earliest and largest real estate crowdfunding platforms in the world.
William appeared on CNBC's Power Pitch and has been featured in NBC News, The Real Deal, Crowdfund Insider, and Crowdfunder for his role in bringing crowdfunding to institutional real estate. Today he continues to invest across real estate and technology, and serves as a board chairman and advisor to founders.
